1967-1968 saw the return of Bulldog hockey to the Antigonish area after the final Bulldog game was played in the 1958-1959 season.  Although Bulldog hockey in Antigonish can be traced back to the early 1900's the current organization saw birth in 1967 and has been successfully entertaining North Eastern Nova Scotia with Junior Bulldog Hockey for the last forty years.  December 29, 2007 saw the gathering of over forty former Bulldogs and their families at the Antigonish Arena for the 40th Anniversary Alumni Game.  Bulldogs from 1967-2007 competed in a spirited contest that seemed to bring back a lot of memories of past glory and pride.  It doesn't matter what age these gentlemen seem to be but when they dawn a Bulldog on their chest they seem to become ageless!  Thanks to The Casket for the great pictures!
